Triple H Family Farms is seeking to add 2 new seasonal full-time team members for the 2025 growing season.
The position will begin on April 1, 2025 and end November 1, 2025. For the right candidate this schedule can potentially be flexible.

Ideal Candidate
Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger staff team
Expect the work to be physically demanding. Must be able to lift 50-60lbs.
Attention to detail and pride in a job well done. Quality work equals quality products. Rushed work leads to mistakes. Quick and efficient work is expected.
Interested in local food and talking to people
Able to stand on your feet on concrete for up to several hours.
Must be able to pass a background check and a valid driver's license is an asset.
You must be able to do repetitive physical work outdoors in ANY weather. Your knees and back must withstand bending, kneeling, stooping, and sitting on the ground for hours at a time.
Experience is not required and we will train the right candidate. Many great workers have come here with no experience in market farming.
Additional Job Details:
This is a full time position with a minimum of 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule that can be discussed at time of interview. The typical workweek is Monday - Friday with some Saturday work. Start times can vary from 6:00am to 8:00am weather dependent. You will be considered an employee, you will receive a w-2 and be covered under workers compensation. We do not offer health benefits at this time.
Applicants under consideration for the role will be invited to visit the farm, where they can have the opportunity to meet the owners and work with us in the fields. This visit is a mandatory step in the hiring process.
Regardless of whether you are ultimately selected, you will be compensated for your time and effort.
Job Description:
Assistance in any farm maintenance.
High tunnels, greenhouse, coolers, truck, trailers, tractor, other equipment
The planting and care of tunnels/greenhouses and irrigation
Seeding, transplanting, tending, harvesting
Tending can include but not limited to, maintenance to the crops during growth. Pruning, scouting, fertigation, spraying, fertilizing, stringing, soil and crop testing.
Processing (washing, packing, cleaning crops and wash pack area)
Farmers market set-up, take down and assistance during the market.
While you will not be pushed beyond your limits, these jobs will require a total commitment on your behalf. Any outside engagements, specific needs or disabilities should be disclosed with your application.

FFA students and Agriculture based majors can get hands-on experience at a local farm in market farming. We are also open to working with schools for internship type requirements.

Pay Starting at $17 per hour, but we are willing to pay more for experienced applicants.
